Job Description

We build fast, efficient e-commerce websites for cabinet dealers. We are growing fast and looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support this growth. We are seeking a qualified leader to build and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in e-commerce and be able to help customers grow their business.

Responsibilities

– Help Kitchen365 customers run their kitchen cabinet business online
– Work as a liaison between customers and delivery team build/enhance websites and grow business for Kitchen365 clients
– Drive sales performance with  a focus on monthly revenue targets
– Prepare and update demos and quotes as part of the account management team
– Build and cultivate client relationships
– Travel nationwide as needed

Requirements

– At least 4 years of e-commerce industry experience  building/running website and driving online sales
– Prior experience in any/all fields – software delivery, digital marketing, UI/UX
– Prior sales experience in Kitchen & Bath industry a huge plus
– Strong customer focus and highly self-motivated, a strong team player
– College degree or equivalent work experience
– Proven track record in growing customer relationships
– Strong decision-making abilities in an autonomous environment

Job Description

Develop and manage e-commerce websites on Magento platform. Work on Magento integration with external systems, viz CMS/CRM/Payment Gateway/Shipping etc. Analyse, code, debug, test, document amp; deploy applications. Write clean, well-engineered code that comply with accepted standards, and test web applications. Work on magento2 enterprise and cloud projects would be an added advantage. Familiarity with the SDLC and Scrum Methodologies. Ensure quality control processes are successfully employed. Oversee DevOps to manage environments and release quality solutions. Integrate highly customized third-party solutions using a range of commerce technologies.

Total 6+ years experience. 3+ years of relevant experience as a Magento2 developer

– Participate and contribute towards our global 2020 design roadmap by delivering the quality and timely designs
– Strive to maximize projects revenue and meet or exceed individual targets
– Coach, train, develop and assist in career development at the individual level
– Regularly monitor and improve productivity metrics
– Train team of designers in 2020 design catalog creation
– Plan and conduct regular trainings to advance in software and Kitchen Design standards
– Go for relevant certifications courses and get certified
– Stay up-to-date with 2020 design technology developments

Requirements

– 3+ years of experience in Interior Design, AutoCAD/2020Spaces/ProKitchen/KDMax/3DMax design software
– Proven experience working closely with sales and creative teams
– Excellent communication, presentation skills, and team-building skills
– Strong analytical skills
– Good visualizer
– Team player
– Experience working in Home, Kitchen, or Bathroom designs
– Hands-on experience with 2020Spaces, ProKitchen, KDMax, 3DMax, or AutoCAD software
– College degree in computer science, Mechanical, Civil, or any design-related degree. Fine Arts preferred
– Willing to travel within the US and internationally
