Job Description

Project Manager’s responsibilities include working closely with our Project Management team to prepare comprehensive action plans, Coordinating the delivery of tasks, resource management for assigned projects. He/she will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling client queries related to delivered tasks. Project manager also expected to foster training to client as and when needed. To succeed in this role, he/she should have excellent time management and communication skills, as he/she ill collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and project requirements management
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the PM team to eliminate blockers and deliver the tasks efficiently
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Should be able to train the reporting person under him/her

Requirements:

• Total 6-8 years proven work experience in IT industry and 3-5 years as a Project Manager or similar role in Software/Web industry
• At least 2 years of ecommerce industry experience is must
• Good understanding to grow account and build strong relationship with the client
• Need to have exposure to work with US based client
• Any certification (e.g. PMP, CSM, SMC or any) in project management would be an added advantage
• Technical background is preferrable and have good understanding of various technology – magento, React.js and able to communicate effectively with client about technology discussion
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, communication skills – including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp/JIRA)
• Excellent team player and team leader
• Candidate with B1/B2 (any US VISA) is first priority
• Candidate should get involved in client’s business and grow the account to next level
