QA Lead (Ahmedabad/Mumbai, IN)

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 QA team members
• Allocate tasks to the team members associated with the team and make optimum utilization of the human resource.
• Take follow-up and respond on time to all stakeholder on behalf of team member whenever required in case of any escalation
• Develop close working relationships with other members of the project team.
• Play a key role to drive the requirement analysis phase. Should get involved in activities like functional specification document review, estimations, test scenario/cases design and review, test execution, test reporting, signoffs,s etc.
• Create automation framework using selenium webdriver which is maintainable, robust, and modular
• Perform load testing using JMeter

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good Presentation Skill
• Knowledge of Functional (Selenium Webdriver) and Performance (JMeter) automation tool

Job requirements:

• 6-8 years’ experience in Manual and Automation Testing
• Manage a team of 6-8 QA team members
• Analyze and understand business requirement
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks
• Hands-on experience of functional automation and performance testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
• Strong organizational skills
