Job Description
  • A Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Project planning: Developing project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and working with project team members and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Communication and coordination: Maintaining regular communication with project stakeholders, ensuring that project information is accurate and up-to-date, and coordinating the flow of information between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Task management: Managing project tasks, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues to stakeholders. Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project artifacts.
  • Financial management: Managing project financials, including tracking project expenses, preparing budgets, and generating financial reports.
  • Risk management: Assisting with risk management, including identifying and assessing project risks, developing mitigation plans, and tracking risk mitigation progress.
  • Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are understood and met, and providing regular project updates.
  • Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Quality control: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and implementing quality control processes and procedures
  • Closure: Ensuring that projects are closed out in a timely and efficient manner and conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, an ability to work well under pressure, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • They should also be comfortable using project management tools and software and have a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • At least 2 years of ecommerce industry experience is must technical background for a couple of years is highly preferrable
  • Any certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, or any) in project management would be an added advantage.
