Netsuite Functional Consultant (Ahmedabad/Mumbai, IN)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Primary Role:

• Responsible for solutions and map the customer requirement to NetSuite to ensure that the requirements are in line with the best practices followed in industry for NetSuite.
• Participate in Business Requirement Gathering sessions
• Develop the Business requirement and system design document
• Drive the system deliverables as per the design document.
• Coordinate with external NetSuite Implementation vendors to execute the client assignments.
• Review, interpret, and respond to detailed business requirements to ensure alignment between customer expectations and NetSuite capabilities
• Design NetSuite solutions to fit different verticals
• Provide quick support to client’s day-to-day NetSuite operations.
• Develop and implement quick NetSuite solutions as and when required, instead of being dependent on the external NetSuite Implementation vendors.
• Participate and drive the complete requirement gathering (RFP) process for the clients.
• Transition customer after going live with Demo.
• Candidate with B1/B2 visa is preferable.

Domain Capabilities:

• Prior domain experience of at least 3 – 5 years in the Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Retail industries. Additional Vertical Domains are added advantage and 3+ years consulting experience with NetSuite Cloud ERP
• Prior experience working with any e-commerce-based project/organization will be a plus.
• Excellent understanding of Order to Cash
• Excellent understanding of Manufacturing processes. For ex. Assembly work order, BoM, Work-in-progress with accounting structure
• Excellent understanding on inventory management
• Excellent understanding of the Warehouse management module (WMS) of NetSuite.
• Knowledge of AR/AP.
• Knowledge on US taxation, accounting, and reporting concepts & third-party implementations.
• Best in documentation for implementation activities.
• Must have done at least 3 end-to-end NetSuite implementations for any US based companies.

Additional Skill sets:

• Excellent communication skills
• Techno-Functional experience, desired, but not required.

Team Management

• Hiring & onboarding new candidates in future for similar skillsets to grow the team.
• Ready to be available for US CST overlap support until midnight whenever needed..
