Job description:

We provide Kitchen design services, help with digital marketing to generate leads and we build fast, efficient ecommerce websites for cabinet dealers. We are growing fast and looking to hire a Sales Director to lead this growth. We are seeking a qualified sales leader in kitchen, bath or flooring. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in kitchen cabinet and/or flooring industry and needs to understand ecommerce. We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who can –

1. Make quick connection with cabinet dealers

2. Show them the benefits of selling cabinets online

3. Close the sale to for building ecommerce website

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Drive sales performance with a focus on monthly revenue targets
  • Prepare and update demos and quotes partnering with account management team
  • Build and cultivate client relationships

  • Travel nationwide as needed to close sales
What do you need?
  • At least 4 years of sales experience, building relationships and closing deals
  • Highly self-motivated, driven by monthly and quarterly goals
  • Experienced in cold calling, travel, send emails and marketing mailers
  • Work as a team player
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong decision-making abilities in an autonomous environment
