Job description:
We provide Kitchen design services, help with digital marketing to generate leads and we build fast, efficient ecommerce websites for cabinet dealers. We are growing fast and looking to hire a Director of Digital marketing to lead this growth. We are seeking a qualified sales leader in kitchen, bath or flooring. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in kitchen cabinet and/or flooring industry and needs to understand ecommerce. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in ECOMMERCE and be able to help customers grow their business.
Responsibilities:
- Help Kitchen365 customers run their kitchen cabinet business, drive leads and grow revenue
- Work as a liaison between customers and delivery team build/enhance websites and grow business for Kitchen365 clients
- Drive sales performance with a focus on monthly revenue targets
- Build and cultivate client relationships

- Travel nationwide as needed, partner with offshore team and deliver results
What do you need?
- At least 3 years of Digital marketing experience with Google, Bing paid search, display, social media advertising, SEO
- Prior agency experience required with focus on Funnel and conversions
- Own the paid funnel for several business goals, using data to optimize, expand, and test targets/keywords, creative and copy, bids and budgets, landing pages, etc.
- Expertise in using marketing tools – Google analytics, SEOMOZ, Google trends, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.
- Prior experience in any/all fields – software delivery, UI/UX, marketing automation
- Strong customer focus, results driven, self-motivated, a strong team player
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record in growing customer relationships
- Strong decision-making abilities in an autonomous environment
