Job Description
We build fast, efficient e-commerce websites for cabinet dealers. We are growing fast and looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support this growth. We are seeking a qualified leader to build and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in e-commerce and be able to help customers grow their business.
Responsibilities:
- Help Kitchen365 customers run their kitchen cabinet business online
- Work as a liaison between customers and delivery team build/enhance websites and grow business for Kitchen365 clients
- Drive sales performance with a focus on monthly revenue targets
- Prepare and update demos and quotes as part of the account management team
- Build and cultivate client relationships
- Travel nationwide as needed
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of e-commerce industry experience building/running website and driving online sales
- Prior experience in any/all fields – software delivery, digital marketing, UI/UX
- Prior sales experience in Kitchen & Bath industry a huge plus
- Strong customer focus and highly self-motivated, a strong team player
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record in growing customer relationships
- Strong decision-making abilities in an autonomous environment
- Candidate with B1/B2 visa is must.
