Job Description

At Kitchen365, we build fast, efficient e-commerce solutions for kitchen cabinet businesses. We are growing fast and looking to hire a Customer Success Manager in Atlanta GA to support this growth. We are seeking a qualified leader to build and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in e-commerce and be able to help customers grow their business. We can transfer for a candidate located in USA with H1B visa for the right qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Help Kitchen365 customers run their kitchen cabinet business online
  • Work as a liaison between customers and the delivery team to build/enhance websites and grow business for Kitchen365 clients
  • Drive sales performance with a focus on monthly revenue targets
  • Prepare and update demos and quotes as part of the account management team
  • Build and cultivate client relationships
  • Travel within USA and India as needed
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of e-commerce industry experience building/running websites and driving online sales
  • Technical educational or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent communication skills required, outgoing personality a huge plus
  • Prior experience in any/all fields – software delivery, digital marketing, UI/UX, content
  • Prior sales experience in Kitchen & Bath industry a huge plus
  • Strong customer focus and highly self-motivated, a strong team player
  • Strong decision-making abilities in an autonomous environment
  • Must be located in Atlanta GA and required to be in office 5 days/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Educational Qualification: Any IT Graduate
